What we worked on
Supporting Content
The app allows authorised volunteers to securely log in and record issues across multiple schools and locations.
Volunteers are geo-located to their assigned school areas and can log their presence, monitor issues, and create reports directly from the app.
Incidents can be categorised using a simple green, amber, and red traffic light system, allowing patterns and concerns to be identified more effectively over time.
The system also allows volunteers to create rapid pin-drop alerts for issues occurring outside standard monitoring areas, helping important incidents to be recorded quickly and accurately.
