Revitalising a Major Property Website and Creating a Better Digital Experience

When Bettesworths approached us, they had already invested significant time and effort into a new website project that had unfortunately stalled. Rather than starting again, our priority was to assess the existing work, identify what could be retained, and provide a clear roadmap to successfully complete the project. Working closely with the Bettesworths team, we transformed the partially completed website into a modern, intuitive property platform while preserving as much previous investment as possible. Alongside the website, we also modernised their email marketing systems, improved customer communications, and continue to support the promotion of key properties through targeted digital advertising.

Taking over an existing website project requires a different approach to starting with a blank sheet of paper. Our first task was to review the work already completed, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend practical solutions that would deliver a successful launch without discarding valuable previous development.

The completed website provides a clean, modern experience that allows visitors to browse commercial and residential properties quickly and efficiently. An intuitive map search, clear navigation, and well-structured property categories help customers find relevant opportunities with minimal effort.

Beyond the website itself, we managed the migration of hosting services and domain names to provide a more reliable and secure infrastructure for the business.

We also reviewed Bettesworths’ existing email marketing platform, migrating both data and systems to create a far more reliable property alert service. Customers can now register their requirements and automatically receive relevant property notifications as new listings become available, significantly improving engagement and helping buyers identify suitable opportunities much more quickly.

To support individual property marketing campaigns, we continue to manage targeted Meta advertising campaigns, promoting selected listings to carefully defined audiences. These campaigns have helped increase enquiry levels, improve property visibility, and contribute towards successful sales.

Today, we continue to work alongside Bettesworths, supporting the ongoing development of their digital marketing and website as their business continues to evolve.
