Essential Chiropractic expands

An increasing number of people are using their smart devices – phones and tablets – to search for companies and services through Google and other search engines.
This is particularly true of Torquay’s Essential Chiropractic which has found up to a third of new patients come via search engines. The business is now expanding, largely due to business gained through its website.
“We do get a lot of referrals through our website,” said chiropractor Dipty Patel. “Having a new website has benefitted our business massively as we didn’t get any website referrals from the old site.
“The referrals are particularly marked during the summer months when a third of new clients come through the website.
“We are still expanding the business and have taken on another chiropractor.”

Designed by Insignia Creative, the initial website project expanded into a logo design, stationery, promotional and internal print design, together with providing help with IT and introducing Essential Chiropractic to other businesses.
Built on the Expression Engine content management system, the website is suitable for updating by staff at the clinic and with a crisp, clean feel, has stood the test of time.
And the relationship has proved so beneficial, Essential Chiropractic is keen for another new website to be developed by Insignia Creative with additional help with a social and email marketing plan and search engine optimisation.
“I can’t recommend Insignia enough,” said Dipty. “We had a very old site before and Insignia changed the layout, modernised the site and added a lot more detail and text which has helped the business tremendously.”
“We are very proud to have contributed to the growth of the business and to call Dipty and the other staff at Essential Chiropractic friends,” said Insignia Creative MD, Richard Netherclift.
“Insignia Creative was chosen as Dipty felt we took time to understand her business and customers unlike some of the other local agencies.
“I look to a continued relationship.”
